Pups from Mambo and Natasha's first breeding (5 females) are proving to have sound nerve with the ability to focus and work effectively in various high levels of distraction. High trainability, persistent pups with very strong tracking and protection skills, and good social judgment. At a little over 1 year of age, their health has been sound with preliminary x-rays and eye screening showing negative for problems. Most of these females are being prepared by experienced handlers in working areas of SAR, top level sport, and working Dog Guide for the blind. These pups demonstrate good nerve, a huge work ethic, and are very well suited for a variety of demanding working areas and family /personal protection homes. Coat colors will be dark sable and dark bi-color. The pups from Mambo and Natasha have beautiful, strong builds and are what I consider to be the most handsome German Shepherd dog's I have raised. Below are link's to video along with working photos of Mambo / Natasha pup's; Email received:11-30-09: Thanks for the forwarded e-mail. She should see Gia now doing obedience, tracking and protection. The last few weeks she has really turned it on in obedience work and got away from being such a hard head. She is like a rocket on her “here” commands with a beautiful front sit. She is also doing retrieves with a ball with a running grab off the ground and a fast return. My wife and I are amazed at how far she has come in just a few weeks time. Before, she was all about doing everything her own way and now she has done a 180 and is happy to learn new ob skills. She is doing well as a beginner in tracking with a good deep nose. We basically took the summer off for tracking and have been tracking just in the past few weeks after it got cooler here. Gia is starting to display some defensive drives in protection in addition to her outstanding prey drive, which I think is really good for a female as young as she is. The females I have previously observed generally do not start defensive drives until much later. She appears to have the making of what is generally referred to down here as a “real dog” in protection. There should be some more video of Gia available before too long. Jeff Washburn Email received:8-31-09: Ramona, Thought you might be interested in seeing a new video of Gia. Will be sending you some photos of Gia soon. Jeff Washburn Here's the link: Email received:4-609: Ramona, Here’s a link to a video of Gia doing some protection work last Saturday night. She is doing well with both protection and tracking, although both are in the early stages at this point. Her ball and food drives are great. Should not be too much of a problem to start her on reward based obedience in a couple of months after her first heat cycle. Best regards. This pedigree combo consists mainly of strong Czech working blood: Rocky Venusina Sopka, Lary Bret-Bett, Tom z Pohranicni straze, Cak Pisecan boure ( , 3-4), Ajsa Bohemaia Rom-Pan, Oresta,z Dalub Bohemia, Cir z Vrtovske doliny. There is also the presence of influential DDR dogs: Berry von Christelas, Don vom Rolandsteich, Iwo von der Buschecke, Treu vom Schaferstolz, and vom Markersdorf lines. Santo is from the 3 time breeding combo between Rocky and Oresta. We have already seen very good offspring from Santo's sister Natasha, producing to this point good health, structure and drives. "Real" working dogs with good nerve and trainability true to the German Shepherd breed, currently being prepared for top sport, SAR, and working dog guide for the blind. Santo carries strong retrieve drive and natural aggression along with high un-stimulated natural prey drive. Santo is certified in Narcotics and Cadaver. He is further trained in tracking. His hips are OFA Excellent / elbows Normal. Flame is started in tracking and article indication with plans to be titled in this area at a future date. Her hips are x-rayed and look super! She will be hip and elbow OFA certified when her age allows. Flame carries solid nerve around loud noise and on different floor surfaces, strong natural un-stimulated prey drive, with good retrieve. Flame exhibits strong natural suspicion of strangers. I expect to see pups from Santo and Flame to be suited for Law enforcement, SAR, top competition. I also expect some to be suited for homes or the person needing "real" protection and who are prepared to put the time into training the dog. Pups should be physically health with huge presence as both parent's exhibit, with stunning dark pigment and good strong bone. |

This combination we expect to see very strong nerve and good health. Offspring should be very agile dogs with good interest in all areas of work suited for Law Enforcement, SAR, top level competition. Jetta is a very healthy female, full of energy and strong interest in working with her handler. Her food drive is very high. She is a beautifully built solid dog with good strong bones and is very athletic. Her nerves are very solid, no problem on different floor surfaces and around loud noise. She is very affectionate within her family and is my youngest son's favorite sidekick. She will be titled in tracking in the near future. With her strong working lines she should bring strength of nerve and good health to all her offspring along with required working drives for various working areas. The top side of Jetta's pedigree contains German working lines. Her sire RAZOR, is a solid black, medium -large male of excellent character and is a very good working dog. The lines from which he is from has produced a number of Police Service Dogs over many years with different kennels. This line has proven itself on the streets over the years. Jetta's mother FOXI carries a very strong working pedigree loaded with many WUSV participants; (HASKO / ZIDANE / TOM van't Leefdaalhof / Aline von der Mohnwiese / ORRY von Haus Antverpa.......). Her mother's tail line contains the Austrian working blood KONISHOHLE, going back to the Czech blood of Cent An-Sat. Foxi also carries on her sire line the Czech blood of the 1997 FCI Champion ERIKA Mat-Roz. More on Foxi's ;lines:
