Richard is a retired NY K9 handler. During his time in K9 Richard was assigned to K9 for10 yrs handling 2 cross trained patrol/narcotics and patrol /cadaver GSD. He became a certified trainer and examiner for patrol and narcotics thru New York State DOJ. Helga will be prepared for active SAR work and possible future breeding.
